CHD Greece Trip
In July 2024, our Canberra Hellenic Dancers travelled to Greece!
On the initiative of the Hellenic Club of Canberra and with the support of the General Secretariat of Expatriate Greekism & Public Diplomacy, the children, many of whom are coming to Greece for the first time, had the opportunity to visit important sites of historical & archaeological interest in Mycenas, the Epidaurus, Nafplio and Chania.
They participated in dance performances, they got to know Athens, but also wider the birthplace of their parents and grandparents and at the same time they indulged even more in their art, the art of dance, through the Dance Workshops at the Dora Stratos Theater.
